Can I add an extra item to an existing order?

If an order has already been placed, it is not possible to add extra items to your order.. If you would like to add an extra item, please email our support (hello@ogo.com.au) and request the existing order be cancelled. This may be possible only if the order hasn't entered the production phase.. You can then place a new order with all the items required.
